Due to the perishable nature of our probiotic food products, we prioritize food safety and can only accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to providing a full replacement or refund to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Process

For damaged goods, please attach clear photos of the packaging and product labels for our quality control review.

Once approved, securely pack the unopened items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.
